Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage leasing activities and client engagement at its Dallas-area properties. The role focuses on tours, applications, and lease administration to ensure smooth moves and satisfied residents.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to greet clients and explain leasing terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including apartment showings and move-in support.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours, and respond to inquiries.
• Process applications and prepare/ review lease agreements and renewals.
• Handle inquiries via in-person, phone, and email and schedule follow-ups.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports for Leasing/Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent, recording payments accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive, friendly tone.
