Jobbeschreibung

Hiring for a Leasing/Marketing Manager with a strong social media/marketing background to float between locations in San Antonio. At least 2 years experience required. Must have transportation, driver’s license, auto liability, and be able to pass a background and drug screen.

Position performs all aspects of Leasing/Marketing, including but not limited to, greeting prospective clients, shows community, and outside marketing, as needed.

• Must be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing and resident retention.
• Coordinates all lease renewals in accordance with Anterra’s Lease Renewal Policy.
• Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc.
• Contacts each Notice-to Vacate and attempts to convert them to a renewal.
• Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to manager for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction.

Willing to assist with rent collections, resident customer service, and other duties as well.
