Responsibilities

• Become the lease agreement expert, providing regular guidance to your team.
• Closely track and execute the applicant and guarantor approval process.
• Generate, audit and track all leases and leasing activity.
• Manage all daily follow up activity.
• Assist the Lease Up Specialist in preparing daily and weekly leasing reports.
• Always be in-the-know on market knowledge and trends.

As Leasing Manager you will work side by side with the Lease Up Specialist to assist on all aspects of the property including, hiring and managing team, leasing, marketing, administration and operations over the temporary leasing office during the course of the lease up and transition into operations. Job Responsibilities

Sales & Leasing:

• Co-manage and train the on-site leasing team

Operations

• Maintain a clean leasing office & tour path.
• Screen, hire, train, coach and develop on-site staff.
• Create daily/weekly staff schedules and assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor?s degree is strongly preferred.
