Qualifications

• LIHTC experience required.
• Property management and leasing experience required.
• Marketing and social media marketing experience required.
• Basic accounting and MS Office skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents, employees, vendors and the public.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and support the Property Manager and on-site team.
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures for effective property operations.
• Conduct leasing activities: greet prospects, tours, qualify applicants, assist with applications.
• Prepare leasing and resident documentation and complete related admin duties.
• Assist with move-in/move-out procedures.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, prospects, employees, vendors and the public.
• Support resident retention initiatives and create a positive resident experience.
• Develop and implement leasing and marketing activities to support occupancy goals.
• Utilize social media and marketing channels to promote the property and attract residents.
• Assist with LIHTC reporting and compliance requirements.
