Advanced Asset Management LLC is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support property marketing and leasing for its NM portfolio in Albuquerque. This part-time, temporary role focuses on promoting available units and generating leads to drive occupancy.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, creative, reliable, and detail-oriented, comfortable interacting with prospective residents and supporting leasing activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months–1 year experience in marketing, leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Creative mindset with interest in property marketing and lead generation.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support property marketing activities focused on occupancy and leasing lead generation.
• Promote available units, amenities, specials, events, and community features.
• Create and distribute flyers, social media content, promotions, and leasing materials.
• Assist with social media posting and engagement to generate resident interest.
• Support lead generation through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Respond to or help follow up with prospective residents and direct qualified leads to the leasing team.
• Assist leasing teams with property information, photos, availability updates, and promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate property listings and marketing information across platforms.
• Track leasing leads, outreach activities, and marketing efforts.
• Monitor competitor properties, local promotions, pricing, and opportunities.
• Support property events and resident outreach activities.
• Assist Marketing Manager and property teams with additional leasing and marketing projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to support property marketing and leasing activities across AAM Living's portfolio. This part-time, temporary role will focus on promoting available units, generating leasing leads, supporting property outreach, and assisting onsite teams with marketing initiatives that drive occupancy.
