Advanced Asset Management is seeking an Affordable Housing Leasing Agent to support leasing operations at our affordable housing community. The role focuses on prospect engagement, tours, applications, and maintaining occupancy goals in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Requirements include 1+ year of leasing or property management experience, knowledge of fair housing and LIHTC, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multifamily leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Affordable housing or LIHTC experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Ability to work full-time on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries, conduct property tours, and follow up with prospects.
• Present available apartments, amenities, pricing, and lease terms.
• Assist applicants with applications, eligibility requirements, and required documentation.
• Support affordable housing certifications, recertifications, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain accurate applicant, resident, and leasing records.
• Coordinate move-ins, renewals, transfers, and resident retention activities.
• Provide professional customer service and address leasing-related inquiries.
• Support marketing, outreach, and community leasing initiatives.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams.
• Follow Fair Housing regulations, affordable housing requirements, and property policies.
• Support leasing, sales, and occupancy goals.
