Job summary

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) seeks an Affordable Housing Leasing Agent to support leasing operations at our Texas communities. You will handle prospect engagement, tours, applications, and eligibility for affordable housing.

The role focuses on maintaining occupancy, complying with Fair Housing and LIHTC requirements, and coordinating move-ins, renewals, and resident services in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multifamily leasing or property management experience.
• LIHTC/affordable housing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with leasing or property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and affordable housing requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Spanish proficiency preferred; full-time temporary availability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries and conduct property tours.
• Present available apartments, pricing, and lease terms.
• Assist applicants with applications and eligibility documentation.
• Support certifications, recertifications, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain accurate applicant and resident records.
• Coordinate move-ins, renewals, transfers, and occupancy activities.
• Provide professional customer service for leasing inquiries.
• Support marketing and community leasing initiatives.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams.
• Follow Fair Housing regulations and policies.

• Assist applicants with applications, eligibility requirements, and required documentation.
• Support affordable housing certifications, recertifications, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain accurate applicant, resident, and leasing records.
• Coordinate move-ins, renewals, transfers, and resident retention activities.
• Provide professional customer service and address leasing-related inquiries.
• Support marketing, outreach, and community leasing initiatives.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams.
• Follow Fair Housing regulations, affordable housing requirements, and property policies.
• Support leasing, sales, and occupancy goals.

Required Qualifications
