EMBREY is seeking a Maintenance Technician at The Artesian at Bee Cave in Bee Cave, TX. The role covers routine maintenance, repairs and inspections to keep facilities safe and functional. Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and repairs.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints and work orders.
• Strong troubleshooting and time management skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform routine maintenance, repairs and inspections to ensure that buildings and facilities remain safe, functional and in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems as needed

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects or work in tight spaces
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
• Valid driver’s license (if travel between sites is required)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
