Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Manager for our Statesboro, GA student housing property. You’ll lead leasing efforts, mentor the leasing team, and ensure an exceptional resident experience while reporting to the Property Manager.

You’ll manage leads in Entrata, conduct tours, guide applicants through the lease process, monitor renewals, coordinate marketing and resident events, and help prepare weekly and monthly reports to drive the property’s performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• Proven leasing and sales experience in multifamily or student housing.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Entrata, OneSite or RealPage.
• Intermediate Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing process from lead management to tour and close.
• Enter and manage leads in Entrata with timely follow-ups.
• Guide applicants through applications and leases, ensuring proper screening.
• Monitor renewals and maintain property amenities in top condition.
• Support marketing initiatives and resident events; prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Mentor leasing team and achieve team leasing goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
