The Aster by KETTLER in Cary, NC is seeking a Leasing Manager to maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, giving tours, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Under the Community Manager, this role oversees leasing office operations, directs sales activities, and builds local partnerships while keeping strong knowledge of the market and relevant laws.

Qualifications

• 2 years of residential leasing experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in luxury or market-rate segment is required.
• Lease-up experience is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Property Management software programs.
• Computer Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing mandates and other legal issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional interaction with residents and customers.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

KETTLER currently has an opening for a Leasing Manager at The Aster, an apartment community located in Cary, NC.

The Leasing Manager, under the direction of the Community Manager, is responsible for maximizing property occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention and providing or coordinating exceptional customer service.

Compensation: $27.00 - $29.00/hour

Responsibilities
