Park 88 apartments in Thornton, CO has an opening for a full-time, Leasing Manager! (www.liveatpark88.com) Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred!

Qualified candidates will be professional, outgoing, and friendly. The goal of the position is to provide current residents a high level of service as well as educate potential residents on the benefits of living at our property and leasing options. Responsibilities include rental of vacant apartments, showing apartments, preparing lease packages, lease renewals, rent collection, answering questions, and completing service requests. The Leasing Manager will oversee leasing consultant responsibilities and manage social networking, advertising, and other duties as outlined by the Supervisor.

This position requires availability to work weekends, basic computer skills, understanding of apartment rental and collection practices, reliable transportation, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. The candidate should have outstanding customer service skills and take pride in prioritizing tenants and potential tenants. Physical requirements include lifting 25 lbs., climbing stairs, walking between buildings, stooping, kneeling, bending, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity. Experience with Yardi software is a plus. Some travel may be required.

Hourly Pay Range: $20-$22/hour.
