Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee marketing, leasing, and sales activities for our rental community. You will direct advertising, pricing, and promotions while coordinating with maintenance to ensure a market-ready property.

You will lead the leasing team, supervise on-site staff, and drive occupancy and revenue targets. This role includes renewals oversight and active responsiveness to residents and owners.

Responsibilities

• Direct the community's marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversee on-site traffic, ensure adequate inventory of ready apartments, set pricing and concessions, monitor leasing activities.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans; implement pricing, concessions and advertising strategies to boost traffic and leases.
• Coordinate with maintenance to meet appearance and safety standards; stage units to maximize marketability.
• Lead leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare leases, complete move-ins.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to identify issues and present findings to owners and managers.
• Oversee lease renewals: sponsor renewal functions, manage notifications, assist with move-outs.
• Respond to resident and owner inquiries promptly and document requests for escalation where needed.
• Supervise leasing team: hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
