Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Manager in Austin, TX to drive leasing performance and brand presence for our asset portfolio. You will lead onboarding for new team members, mentor leasing staff, and coordinate pricing strategies to meet sales and service goals.

You will build corporate outreach, attend resident activities, and participate in weekly leasing calls to align on client vision and market trends. This role emphasizes leadership and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

Engage the submarket through regular social involvement in local events* Ensure operational and sales “best practices” are consistently implemented throughout the portfolio to achieve established goals for sales and service* Assist in the onboarding of new leasing team members to communicate sales and service expectations and client vision* Mentor leasing associates that may be struggling in a particular area; assist in additional training if a team member does not meet the secret shop internet, telephone or onsite shop benchmark* Establish corporate outreach contacts, specifically targeting HR contacts for preferred employers in our target markets.
