Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is hiring a Leasing Consultant in Atlanta to attract and screen applicants, show properties, prepare leases, and guide residents through move-in. The role supports the Property Manager and team, ensuring high occupancy and excellent resident service.

You will participate in marketing events, respond to inquiries across channels, and maintain accurate records while complying with fair housing rules and company policies. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects and prepare lease paperwork.
• Assist future residents with move-ins and respond to inquiries in person, by phone or email.
• Conduct property tours and promote available units through marketing events and outreach.
• Coordinate weekly/monthly reports and maintain property standards.
• Explain lease terms and community policies clearly to residents.

## Leasing ConsultantApplylocations: Atlanta, GA, 30308time type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R-107897**Job Description:**A leasing consultant primary role is to attract and screen potential tenants, provide information about available properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth leasing process.As a leasing consultant you will be responsible for leasing properties to prospective tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates, and maintaining positive relationships with current residents. Your role involves marketing and promoting available properties, conducting property tours, screening applicants, negotiating lease agreements, and providing excellent customer service.
