Job summary

Kushner is seeking a Leasing Manager in Eatontown, NJ to lead a high-performing leasing team and drive marketing initiatives geared toward filling units with top residents.

You will supervise leasing staff, set monthly goals, and ensure a first-class experience for prospective and current residents. This role requires 5+ years in property management or leasing and 2+ years in a leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management, leasing, or sales.
• 2+ years of management experience leading a team.
• Proficiency with Yardi, Microsoft Office, Zoom and mobile apps.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a high-performing leasing staff and set monthly goals.
• Schedule coverage for the workweek and conduct weekly leasing meetings.
• Coach new and current staff to sharpen sales techniques and customer service.
• Monitor call recordings to ensure fair housing compliance and improve processes.
• Audit the lead tracking system to improve conversion rates and update leasing statuses in Yardi.
• Greet prospects, tour apartments, explain lease terms and guide new residents.
• Maintain model units and tour routes in top condition and ensure a top-tier resident experience.
