This role requires 2+ years in property management or collections, proficiency with MS Office, and experience with Yardi.

• 2+ years of property management or collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects with a warm smile and give personalized property tours.
• Close the deal by guiding applicants through the leasing process.
• Market properties via social media, local events, and campaigns.
• Manage tenant accounts, collect rent, process payments and address delinquencies.
• Generate financial reports to track balances and delinquencies.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and assist with leasing and lease renewals to maximize occupancy.
• Collaborate with the team and support the Property Manager.
