Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage all aspects of leasing, greet clients, provide tours, process applications, and coordinate renewals.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, multitasking, and a willingness to work weekends; proficiency in MS Office; a valid driver's license; and the ability to walk the community and climb stairs.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focused with ability to be a strong team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, including stairs.
• Role may require a valid driver’s license and state license/certification.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments and preparing lease paperwork.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to inquiries by in-person, phone, and email and arrange maintenance requests.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports as assigned by supervisors.
• Receive deposits and rent money and record accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive, friendly tone.
