Qualifications

• Exemplary customer service and sales skills.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent; college experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reach daily/weekly/monthly Community leasing goals through creative marketing strategies and renewal campaigns.
• Assist with daily leasing operations, including tours, calls, and emails.
• Utilize Entrata leasing workflow and online marketing tools.
• Maintain resident ledgers to ensure correct balances.
• Collaborate with team to ensure resident and staff happiness.
