Qualificações

• 2 years of property management experience preferred
• Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential

Responsabilidades

• Meets and greets prospective residents in a timely, friendly manner
• Qualifies applicants for apartments promptly and thoroughly
• Coordinates with maintenance to ensure smooth move-ins
• Maintains up-to-date rental files and enters data accurately
• Prepares leases and oversees signing by new residents
• Assists in monthly admin tasks and keeps paperwork organized
• Interacts professionally with residents to resolve issues and ensure timely rent payment
• Assists in training and oversight of the leasing team
