Job summary

Milhaus is seeking a Leasing Manager for our Charlotte, NC property. The role drives apartment leasing, marketing and renewals, coordinating with on-site staff and contributing to social media and events. You will prepare reports and train leasing specialists, while ensuring compliance with housing regulations.

The position supports a fast-paced multifamily environment with a focus on resident experience, occupancy, and reporting accuracy. This is a full-time on-site role at a Milhaus property.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of progressively responsible experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in budget planning and expenses monitoring.
• Computer skills sufficient to enter reports and daily operations data into a computer.
• Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements and applicable program regulations.

Position Summary:

The Leasing Manager initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing, marketing, renewals, and availability reports. The Leasing Manager will regularly communicate with all property leasing staff at their same site and be actively involved with social media and event planning for the property.
