Job summary

Coast and Harbor Associates, Inc. seeks a Leasing Senior Project Manager to lead the complete leasing cycle from initial tenant conversations to lease execution. You will work with prospective and current tenants to analyze facility needs and facilitate lease preparation and execution.

Ideal candidates will have experience with the GSA leasing process or as a landlord/tenant organization representative, and hold a bachelor’s degree or have 15+ years in office leasing leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 15+ years' experience managing the office leasing process.
• GSA leasing process experience preferred.
• Experience negotiating with tenants and coordinating lease execution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document facility needs with prospective and current tenants.
• Facilitate lease preparation and execution with tenant stakeholders.
• Prepare independent cost estimates for facility customization or upgrades.
• Negotiate with or on behalf of office tenants.
• Actively manage the leasing process.
