What You'll Be Doing:Leasing Strategy & Performance
- Lead daily leasing operations and team performance to exceed occupancy goals
- Execute high-impact leasing campaigns that speak to today’s students
- Monitor performance metrics and conversion rates to adjust strategy in real-time
- Build strategic partnerships with campus organizations, student influencers, and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with local businesses to create cross-marketing campaigns and promotions
- Plan and execute engaging events both on campus and at the property
- Run social media campaigns that are on-brand, student-relevant, and conversion-driven
Relationship Building- Be the face of Ivy & Elm to current and prospective residents, their parents, and university partners
- Connect with students where they are—clubs, events, coffee shops, classrooms, and TikTok
- Represent the property at housing fairs, tabling events, and community initiatives
Team & Customer Experience- Lead by example with top-tier customer service and a positive, enthusiastic mindset
- Train and coach leasing team members to be knowledgeable, engaging, and responsive
- Ensure every prospect and resident has an exceptional experience—from first tour to move-out
What We’re Looking For:- 1+ years of student housing leasing experience; 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proven success in executing marketing and outreach strategies
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools
- Passion for customer service and relationship-building
- Creative, self-driven, and community-oriented
- Comfortable networking on campus and in the Oxford community
- Experience with property management and leasing software (Entrata a plus!)
