Role Overview

The Leasing Manager oversees all leasing and marketing activities at the property, working closely with the Community Manager to set goals and develop strategies to achieve occupancy targets. The role involves leading the leasing team, managing resident relations, and implementing marketing plans.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leasing Management: including onsite presence, lease file audits, resident satisfaction, and retention programs.
2. Marketing Management: developing marketing plans, campaigns, monitoring progress, and organizing leasing events.
3. Personnel Management: hiring, training, coaching staff, ensuring policy compliance, and promoting teamwork.
4. Administrative Management: maintaining property appearance, overseeing service requests, and managing resources efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform tasks in various environments, lift up to 25 lbs, and work flexible hours including weekends and emergencies.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $20 - $28 per hour. Our comprehensive rewards include health benefits, 401K, bonuses, paid sick days, and holidays.
