Job description

Accommodation for Students is the UK's leading student accommodation website. Now in our 25th year we have been successfully helping students to find great accommodation since 200.

As part of our ongoing growth plan we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Account Manager to lead sales activity with landlords and letting agents listing their properties on our platform. This role is focused on managing and growing revenue from a large portfolio of existing clients, while also identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing landlords and letting agents to maximise sales and renewals.
  • Drive new business by identifying prospective clients and converting them into customers.
  • Understand client needs and promote appropriate advertising and listing solutions.
  • Monitor performance, generate reports, and provide insights to enhance client outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proven experience in sales account management, preferably within property, student accommodation, or digital advertising.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy portfolio.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
