About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Leasing Manager for an on-site position at a Class A Luxury On-Site Portfolio based in LIC, Queens. The Senior Leasing Manager will drive the performance of their assigned properties and play an integral role on a growing leasing team, overseeing 2400 units across 4 buildings, and a staff of Leasing Agents and Admins. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the leasing team and driving all leasing and marketing efforts for the buildings under their portfolio. Strong attention to detail and experience in real estate is essential. A New York Real Estate Salesperson License is required. The successful candidate possesses expert knowledge of rent stabilization laws and leases.

Our client is a Class A multifamily owner/operator/developer with over 5000 units in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn, NY. A leader in the NYC real estate landscape, the developer owns, manages, and maintains all of their leasing and marketing efforts in-house.
Major real estate company seeks dynamic, Leasing Manager to oversee large, luxury, rental projects in prime, Long Island City totaling about 3000 units including a new development scheduled to launch in the late Spring, 2025. The Leasing Manager will report to the Senior Leasing Manager and will oversee a team of 7 including leasing agents, junior agents, and administrators. Leasing Manager must greet, qualify, and show prospective tenants the property while building value and differentiating the community. The Leasing Manager will also prepare lease packages, track inventory, generate traffic and comp reports while meeting monthly and quarterly goals. These goals include, but are not limited to effectively maximizing occupancy levels, profit levels and property values.

Base salary plus commission and benefits, commensurate upon experience. Excellent benefits.
Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week with at least 1 weekend day
COMP:
Base Pay in the 75-85K range PLUS
COMMISSIONS (you can expect to earn in the 150-160K range)
