Expanding Real Estate Development firm seeking a motivated Leasing Manager to join our vibrant team! The ideal candidate thrives in planning community events, managing on-site marketing, social media, and outreach campaigns. The Leasing Manager will foster a warm, welcoming culture for prospective residents and tenants.

Responsibilities:

1. Resident Engagement: Correspond with prospective residents, establish rapport, set appointments, conduct tours, and guide them through leasing and move-in processes, demonstrating excellent customer service and sales skills.
2. Administrative Tasks: Generate leases, prepare and maintain resident files, and handle resident correspondence.
3. Reporting: Prepare weekly leasing reports and monthly commission reports.
4. Goals Setting: Set and pursue weekly leasing targets.
5. Event Planning: Participate in planning and executing resident events.
6. Community Building: Cultivate strong relationships with residents, ensuring a first-class experience and fostering community spirit.
7. Resident Satisfaction: Work to exceed resident expectations, resolve issues, and create extraordinary experiences.
8. Team Support: Collaborate with team members, assisting wherever needed without hesitation.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of leasing experience.
2. Experience with YARDI software.
3. Familiarity with social media channels (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram).
4. Experience with Revenue Management software (RealPage/YieldStar preferred).
5. Willingness to learn new tasks and systems.
6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
