Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service, sales, or apartment leasing preferred.
• Valid Driver's License; CALP accreditation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents warmly and professionally.
• Lead personalized apartment tours highlighting lifestyle and value.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and web promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork accurately.
• Contribute to occupancy and renewal goals and maintain a welcoming office environment.
