Job summary

Cottonwood Residential in Millcreek, Utah, is seeking a leasing consultant to join a tech-forward property team. You will respond to prospects via phone, email, text, and in person, setting the tone for sign or renewal decisions while maintaining detailed notes and readiness of vacant units.

You will coordinate events, assist with social media marketing, manage the package room, and keep vendor communications active.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume inquiries across phone, email, text, and in person.
• Willingness to work weekends and some evenings as part of leasing.
• Interest in growing into assistant manager and property manager roles over time.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound traffic across phone, email, and text with detailed note taking.
• Know current availability, pricing, and unit features to answer questions on the spot.
• Walk the property to verify vacancy readiness and ensure tour paths meet standards.
