Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Utah to drive leasing activity, tour communities, process leases, and support resident programs. You will promote a positive image of the property and collaborate with management on retention strategies.

The role includes daily leasing tasks, event planning for residents, and handling payments, with a focus on meeting property targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, processing lease applications, typing up leases and more.
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Campaign research, reporting and retention.
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations.
