You will travel to communities in the Cape Coral, Fort Myers area and surrounding SW Florida, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and delivering exceptional customer service.

In this full-time role, you’ll meet leasing goals, prepare lease documents, and use your sales skills to close deals, with pay ranging from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour plus

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process and identify resident needs to close sales.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records.
• Explain pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings during tours.
