Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate leases, letters of intent, subleases, amendments and related documents.
• Assist leasing teams in tenant lease negotiations and issue resolution in the company’s best interest.
• Provide business-focused legal advice to avoid disputes in landlord/tenant matters.
• Contribute to development of company policies and leasing procedures.
• Guide paralegals and coordinators through lease documentation processes and execution.
