Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in shopping center/retail/property/hospitality management.
• Demonstrated knowledge and interest for real estate and/or retail development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational excellence and KPI delivery.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Security, and Risk Management teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor and environmental regulations.
• Assist with contract management and front-/back-of-house operations.
• Support development of marketing and Action Plan.
• Assist in driving sales and traffic goals.
