REally Property Management, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Coordinator in Silverdale to prepare properties for listing, coordinate showings, and manage move-ins with care and clarity. You’ll ensure homes are market-ready, photos and copy are compelling, and applicants are guided smoothly through screening.

Responsibilities

Prepare properties for listing: walk units, identify cleaning/repair needs, coordinate vendors.
Manage photos, listing copy, and online marketing.
Communicate with prospective tenants and schedule showings.
Conduct move-in appointments and create move-in reports.
Track application status and support the screening process.
Ensure each home is fully ready before handing over the keys.
Serve as the first touchpoint for our brand — warm, professional, responsive.
