The Leasing Coordinator is a full‑time, frontline role responsible for managing leasing inquiries, conducting property tours, and supporting the application process across multiple properties within one or more assigned pods. This position works closely with Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers to drive occupancy, maintain consistent leasing standards, and deliver a professional, compliant leasing experience.
This role is best suited for an independent, self‑starter who is comfortable working with minimal supervision and takes ownership of results. The Leasing Coordinator must be motivated, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to adjust their schedule as needed to meet leasing demand and operational priorities across multiple properties. Success in this role requires initiative, accountability, and a willingness to do what’s needed to support occupancy goals and day‑to‑day site needs while consistently representing the company’s service standards.
