Job summary

General Services Corporation (GSC) invites you to join our team as a leasing-focused role. You will welcome potential residents, show apartments, and guide applicants through the rental process, while coordinating with the Property Manager on events and resident needs.

You will assist with lease renewals and provide outstanding service to residents, prospects, and vendors, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; team-oriented.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community.
• Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the community.
• Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events.
• Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• At least 1+ year experience in sales and customer service.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.
