Job summary

TRG Management in Miami, FL seeks a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, process applications, and explain lease terms. You will drive occupancy goals while delivering excellent resident service and coordinating move-ins and renewals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience in leasing or property management, plus strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office and PM software. Join a team focused on excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher is not required but a high school diploma is expected.
• Proven experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or property management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for resident interactions.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software (Yardi, Entrata, OneSite).
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced leasing office environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and features.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.
• Process rental applications, verify documentation, and screen applicants.
• Prepare lease agreements and explain lease terms and community policies.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
