TRG Management is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant for Soleste Seaside in Dania Beach, FL. You will market available units, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to ensure a positive resident experience while meeting occupancy goals.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, sales experience, and proficiency with property management software; a flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi, Entrata, OneSite).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and features.
• Process rental applications, verify documentation, and screen applicants.
• Prepare lease agreements and explain lease terms and community policies.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures.
• Address resident concerns and communicate maintenance requests.
• Help market the property through social media, community outreach, and advertising.
• Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean, organized, and welcoming.
