TRG Management Company, LLLP seeks a Leasing Consultant to be the primary contact for prospective and current residents. You will market available units, tour properties, process applications, prepare leases, and ensure a positive resident experience while helping achieve occupancy goals.

Job Description: The Leasing Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents. This role involves marketing available units, conducting property tours, processing lease applications, preparing lease agreements, and ensuring a positive resident experience while helping achieve occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and features.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.

Work Environment

Primarily office-based within an apartment community. Frequent walking during property tours. May require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
