Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a property in Modesto, CA. You will handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations, showing units, qualifying prospects, tours, and lease signings.

Role requires high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. On-site duties include daily presence, admin tasks, and contributing to marketing plans and retention programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations at the property.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in and support lease audits as needed.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and marketing outreach.
