Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property in Pleasanton, CA. Regular onsite presence is required, with responsibilities including touring prospects, signing leases, and maintaining leasing data.

The role emphasizes customer service, closing sales, and supporting marketing plans to drive traffic and achieve leasing goals, while ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• On-site software proficiency and basic computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA regulations is required.
• Strong customer service and leasing aptitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and tour the community.
• Close leases by completing all leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and the turn process.
• Support marketing efforts to increase property traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Handle resident inquiries and ensure high resident satisfaction.
