Lyon Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The George and related Orange County properties, including Newport Beach. This full-time role offers a pay range of $21.00-$23.00 per hour plus commission, with weekend availability and potential to float among communities.

Responsibilities include welcoming residents, conducting tours, generating leads, and processing applications and deposits, while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining property value.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of strong customer service or sales experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or food & beverage background preferred.
• Property management background is a plus.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with computers and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive and welcoming customer interactions.
• Conduct community tours for future residents.
• Generate leads and lease apartments to meet occupancy goals.
• Qualify prospective residents by verifying applications and lease documents.
• Collects rental deposits and application fees.
• Maintain market presence and community value.
• Create team and resident experiences.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, staff, and guests.
