Job summary

New Earth Residential is seeking a personable, detail-oriented leasing professional to support leasing efforts, build relationships with prospective and current residents, and contribute to a welcoming, well-managed community.

Your day-to-day will include responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, guiding applicants through the process, and coordinating with management and maintenance to ensure outstanding service and a positive living experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and provide solutions-oriented service.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software; familiarity with property management systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including some weekends.
