Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents and record information.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss units and leases.
• Qualify applicants and verify documents.
• Complete lease forms and collect deposits/fees.
• Introduce residents to property procedures.
• Promote positive resident relations to deliver high-quality living experience.
