Job summary

• Proven work experience in sales or customer service and track record of achieving sales targets.
• Previous phone sales experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads in the CRM system, schedule self-guided tours, and provide a high-quality leasing experience for future residents, which includes assessing clients’ needs and pairing them with the best home that fits their criteria.
• Manage pipeline and follow up with prospects by continuously reaching out with tailored updates to assist in their home search.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the community and apartments.
