CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Atlanta, GA to combine customer service, sales, and marketing skills to lease our Marquis Midtown West community. You will build rapport with prospective residents and coordinate tours and applications.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, on-site management knowledge, and willingness to work weekends or emergencies. Yardi experience is preferred; a valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and on-site management knowledge preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.

• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Ability to work weekends and emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lease the community to prospective residents.
• Market the community to attract renters.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain general office organization and records.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and team members.
• Participate in CWS Risk Management and Safety programs.
