Job summary

Timberland Partners Inc. in Farmington, MO, is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Avery location. This community has 408 units and you will lead leasing efforts, assist with marketing, and maintain positive relations with current and prospective residents.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM with alternating Saturdays 10AM–4PM. You will greet prospects, tour the property, update availability, process leases and renewals, and help plan resident events and marketing outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Property management experience required.
• 1+ years in a sales oriented role; on-site leasing a plus.
• Superior sales ability.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• YARDI experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and assist with questions and paperwork.
• Tour the property and showcase apartments/model.
• Update apartment availability reports as needed.
• Process leases, renewals and related documents.
• Listen to resident requests, complaints and comments.
• Collaborate in planning and hosting resident functions.
• Participate in obtaining and distributing marketing information.
