Timberland Partners is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Meadowridge Apartments in St. Peters, MO. The role focuses on leasing, marketing support, and maintaining positive relations with residents at an on-site community of 180 units.

Key duties include greeting prospects, tours, updating availability, processing leases/renewals, and coordinating resident events. Requires 1+ year leasing and strong sales/customer-service background with knowledge of Fair Housing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college-level education preferred
• 1+ years Leasing experience required
• 2+ years in a sales oriented role preferred or a combination of customer service and sales experience and education preferred
• Multifamily experience preferred
• Possesses superior sales ability
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• YARDI experience preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and assists them with their questions and paperwork
• Tour the property and target apartments/model
• Update apartment availability reports as needed
• Process paperwork including: leases, renewals and other related documents
• Listen to all resident requests, complaints, and comments
• Collaborate in planning and hosting resident functions
• Participate in obtaining and/or distributing marketing information
