The Tipton Group is seeking a Leasing Agent in Arlington, TX to present and lease properties to prospective tenants, turning interest into occupancy. You will act as the friendly public face of the property and support the management office in daily operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of leasing experience, plus familiarity with Onesite. The role includes scheduling tours, processing leasing forms, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
• Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
• Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
• Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments

The Details: Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:

• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent
• Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
