The Tipton Group in Spring, TX is seeking an immediate Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective tenants, turning inquiries into signed leases and achieving high occupancy. You will conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and ensure smooth payment collection and documentation.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leasing experience and familiarity with property management software such as Onesite, Knock, Vero, and Blue Moon.

We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include:

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
• Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
• Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
• Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments

The Details:

Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:

• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing professional
• Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite, Knock, Vero, Blue Moon
