Job summary

Tipton Asset Group in Farmers Branch, TX seeks an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective tenants, turning interest into occupancy. You will greet residents, conduct tours, and ensure a high level of personal service while handling payments and leasing forms.

The Job: We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include:

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
• Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
• Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
• Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments

The Details: Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:

• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent
• Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
